The press-out unit has a massive, swiveling lift column, rotatable (+/-180°).
An electric chain hoist of 2000 kg capacity is attached to the column head beam, operated by a control bulb suspended from it. Its two speeds allow easy positioning of the system.

The motor protection switch of the hydraulic pump, the pneumatic pressure reducing valve and the control valves for the cover seal and the hydraulic control block are mounted on the side.
The built-in drop brake serves to ensure the safety of the chain hoist.
The hydraulic power pack of 30 lt. capacity is located at the rear of the lid lift. The electric motor of 0,55 KW, as well as the pneumatically operated control block, overpressure and pressure adjustment valve are easily accessible on the tank.
The solid press-out lid, which is fixed to the lid lift, has 6 clamping joints for tank fixing, as well as a strongly dimensioned hydraulic cylinder with integrated piston plate guide. The piston plate is equipped with a seal, and level measuring rod.
The system is pre-assembled in individual sub-assemblies, so that it only needs to be set up on site,
electrically and pneumatically connected.
